2 Art as Aesthetic Creation In this chapter, I shall expound the theory of art that I call the ‘Aesthetic Creation Theory’. It is a version of the aesthetic theory of art. I shall give an explicit statement of the theory and deal with minor queries. In sections 2 and 3 of this chapter, I focus on the main elements of the theory.
